The WP-K837 is a panel-mount thermal receipt printer engineered for self-service kiosks. Designed for fast and effortless deployment, it secures with just a single screw or thumb knob depending on the version. A key-lock cover prevents unauthorized access to the paper roll in unattended areas, while an integrated paper-exit LED alert prompts customers to collect receipts for a smoother user experience. Printing up to 170 mm/s, the WP-K837 accommodates both 80 mm and 58 mm rolls and comes in vertical (WP-K837V) and horizontal (WP-K837H) paper-exit models. It features essential status sensors, dual USB/RS-232 interfaces, standard ESC/POS command compatibility, and Unicode support alongside Asian fonts. It supports Windows and Linux drivers alongside an Android SDK, making it well-suited for self-ordering, parking payment, and healthcare terminals.

The WP-K651S accommodates large-capacity 58 mm rolls up to 100 mm in diameter, significantly reducing paper replenishment intervals.
